At Royal Dental Lab, we streamline the patient experience, minimizing multiple visits for impressions, temporaries, and other procedures by employing highly effective technologies. Our advanced Monolithic Zirconia dental crowns are precision-milled from solid zirconia blocks and sintered at temperatures exceeding 1500 degrees Celsius, rendering them nearly unbreakable.

Royal Dental Lab plays a pivotal role in supporting Royal Dental Clinic’s research and development efforts to innovate dentistry.

Dental prosthesis, by definition, refers to intra-oral devices used to restore various dental defects, including missing or misaligned teeth. Among the most advanced materials for crafting these artificial teeth are SAPTeeth, a family of highly advanced polymers designed to safeguard the bone, implant, and natural tooth beneath the prosthesis. The SAPTeeth family includes several types: SAPT.Resin, SAPT.HIPC, SAPT.BioPEEK, SAPT.3Dresin, and SAPT.CemResin.

Why opt for SAPTeeth over other alternatives?
  1. Easy In-Mouth Repair: In case of breakage for any reason, repairs can be performed within the mouth itself.
  2. Targeted Infection Treatment: If an infection affects the underlying tooth or implant, only the relevant part requires treatment, saving time and cost.
  3. Wear and Tear Solution: Habits like pan chewing or bruxism may wear down the eating surface, but re-layering is affordable and quick.
  4. Natural Look and Feel: SAPTeeth closely mimic natural teeth and exert significantly less stress (24 to 149 times less) than conventional prostheses.
  5. Swift Repairs: They are easy to repair and can often be completed on the same day as the implant treatment.
  6. Durability and Shock Absorption: SAPTeeth are long-lasting and offer superior impact shock absorption.
Unique characteristics of SAPTeeth include:
  1. Precision Digital Processing: SAPTeeth are created through a fully digital workflow, ensuring accuracy to the finest measurement.
  2. Transparent Variety: Some types can be 3D printed, aiding in diagnosis and treatment planning.
  3. Enhanced Bonding: SAPTeeth allow for bonding between natural teeth and implants, enhancing retention and load distribution.
  4. Varied Longevity: With wear times ranging from 6 months to 18 years, they suit various needs.
  5. Superior Performance: SAPT.HIPC, for long-term dental prostheses, has been clinically tested for a life expectancy exceeding 9 years. It resists plaque buildup, offers excellent gingiva compatibility, and withstands discoloration, leading to higher patient satisfaction. Its high strength and stability outshine ceramic alternatives, and it’s easy to repair when necessary.

Choose SAPTeeth for a durable and reliable solution for your dental prosthesis needs.

Without Metal Dental Material, Choose Ideal Treatment

RDL’s innovative work prompted the utilization of these superior plastics years back. They have discovered inventive methods of giving patients the most ideal treatment from the earliest starting point, while at the same time offering them achievement situated, effective, and competent answers for their prosthesis.

These materials show that there is not, at this point any motivation to simply fall back on the customary materials. for example, metal, earthenware, or zircon for the signs referred to. These are plastics that offer advantages in the documented of feel, handling, sturdiness, and patient acknowledgment. They offer a success – win circumstance for the two players in a relationship dependent on organization among patients and their consideration group.

royal-resin

Produces safe, bio-compatible, aesthetic temporary prostheses that are required to be replaced by a higher performance polymer due to wear and tear.

It is a thermoplastic (T-) or a chemoplastic (C-) polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA).

T-PMMA is produced using industrial polymerisation procedure for producing high purity PMMA with a theoretic level of purity of 99.9%. The residual 0.1% is non-cytotoxic and is therefore harmless.

C-PMMA is produced using a chain reaction which may generate free radicals. These radicals allow for the formation of long chains polymers. They may trigger allergies and material in-tolerances.

Material properties:

  • Metal-free
  • Strength – >65 mpa
  • E- modulus – >2800mpa
  • Indicated wearing time – 6 months

Indications:

These prosthesis have higher wear and tear and discolouration when compared with the higher performance polymers. Still, they have a distinct advantage of reducing the load on the underlying structures under circumstances of heavy bite force, paan- supari habit, bruxism, clenching etc. They can be used as a permanent prosthesis in such cases.

Royal-multiCOM

Increase the wearing time of the temporary resin prosthesis and can be used as an intermittent prosthesis. They offer even more polished aesthetics.

It is a polychrome composite polymer with 20% ceramic filler intermixed with the PMMA. It has a higher wearing time and strength.

This resultant optimized material mixture gives the dental prosthesis a natural colour gradient and an increased strength.

Material properties:

  • Metal-free
  • Strength – >100 mpa
  • Indicated wear time 2 years
  • E-modulus – >2200 mpa

Indications:

These materials can be used as a permanent prosthesis over natural tooth or implants. They do not discolour easily. They have a higher resistance to scratching and abrasion, hence the aesthetics last longer than resin.

Royal-HIPC

It is a universal genius. They offer the most elegant, and varied solutions for a number of indications and can be used as a permanent prosthesis with an approved life span of 9+ years.

It is a cross linked composite polymer that offers higher physical values than conventional PMMA. They are manufactured under controlled environment of high temperature and pressure. As there are no use of dental glass or light cured plastics the love of color retention and plaque resistance is comparable with Ceramic restorations. They have been clinically proven and approved for over 9 years of use.

Advantages:

  • Metal-Free with approved expected life of 9 years
  • Plaque resistant
  • High level of strength
  • Aesthetic, translucent and opalescent

Material properties:

  • Strength – >120 mpa with minimal solubility in saliva
  • E-modulus – >2200 mpa

Indications:

Most versatile material. They can be used as permanent dental prosthesis with implant, natural tooth or both. They have an excellent gingival response and pressure absorbing capability.

The most physiologic properties of this frame work material are only surpassed by nature itself. It is as elastic, light and thermal conductivity as that of bone by making the patient’s feel at ease.

They have the highest aesthetic retention and resistance to scratching and abrasion. It is a bio-compatible polymer of polyether ketone and is strengthened using ceramic. They have been in use in body Implantology for over 30 years (intervertebral discs, hip joints etc). With the improvement by ceramic fillers these materials can now be used in dental applications especially as a framework.
