Royal Dental Clinics utilizes the world’s most advanced technology for creating long-term dental crowns and bridges. At Royal Dental Lab, we streamline the patient experience, minimizing multiple visits for impressions, temporaries, and other procedures by employing highly effective technologies. Our advanced Monolithic Zirconia dental crowns are precision-milled from solid zirconia blocks and sintered at temperatures exceeding 1500 degrees Celsius, rendering them nearly unbreakable.
Royal Dental Lab plays a pivotal role in supporting Royal Dental Clinic’s research and development efforts to innovate dentistry.
Dental prosthesis, by definition, refers to intra-oral devices used to restore various dental defects, including missing or misaligned teeth. Among the most advanced materials for crafting these artificial teeth are SAPTeeth, a family of highly advanced polymers designed to safeguard the bone, implant, and natural tooth beneath the prosthesis. The SAPTeeth family includes several types: SAPT.Resin, SAPT.HIPC, SAPT.BioPEEK, SAPT.3Dresin, and SAPT.CemResin.
Choose SAPTeeth for a durable and reliable solution for your dental prosthesis needs.
Produces safe, bio-compatible, aesthetic temporary prostheses that are required to be replaced by a higher performance polymer due to wear and tear.
It is a thermoplastic (T-) or a chemoplastic (C-) polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA).
T-PMMA is produced using industrial polymerisation procedure for producing high purity PMMA with a theoretic level of purity of 99.9%. The residual 0.1% is non-cytotoxic and is therefore harmless.
C-PMMA is produced using a chain reaction which may generate free radicals. These radicals allow for the formation of long chains polymers. They may trigger allergies and material in-tolerances.
Material properties:
Indications:
These prosthesis have higher wear and tear and discolouration when compared with the higher performance polymers. Still, they have a distinct advantage of reducing the load on the underlying structures under circumstances of heavy bite force, paan- supari habit, bruxism, clenching etc. They can be used as a permanent prosthesis in such cases.
Increase the wearing time of the temporary resin prosthesis and can be used as an intermittent prosthesis. They offer even more polished aesthetics.
It is a polychrome composite polymer with 20% ceramic filler intermixed with the PMMA. It has a higher wearing time and strength.
This resultant optimized material mixture gives the dental prosthesis a natural colour gradient and an increased strength.
Material properties:
Indications:
These materials can be used as a permanent prosthesis over natural tooth or implants. They do not discolour easily. They have a higher resistance to scratching and abrasion, hence the aesthetics last longer than resin.
It is a universal genius. They offer the most elegant, and varied solutions for a number of indications and can be used as a permanent prosthesis with an approved life span of 9+ years.
It is a cross linked composite polymer that offers higher physical values than conventional PMMA. They are manufactured under controlled environment of high temperature and pressure. As there are no use of dental glass or light cured plastics the love of color retention and plaque resistance is comparable with Ceramic restorations. They have been clinically proven and approved for over 9 years of use.
Advantages:
Material properties:
Indications:
Most versatile material. They can be used as permanent dental prosthesis with implant, natural tooth or both. They have an excellent gingival response and pressure absorbing capability.
The most physiologic properties of this frame work material are only surpassed by nature itself. It is as elastic, light and thermal conductivity as that of bone by making the patient’s feel at ease.
They have the highest aesthetic retention and resistance to scratching and abrasion. It is a bio-compatible polymer of polyether ketone and is strengthened using ceramic. They have been in use in body Implantology for over 30 years (intervertebral discs, hip joints etc). With the improvement by ceramic fillers these materials can now be used in dental applications especially as a framework.
Advantages:
Advantages of Royal Peek restorations:
Unbeatable convenient processing, Maximum customisability, Cuts like dentin, Conserving the antagonists, Optimal Osseointegration, Optimal gingival management, Longevity of the restoration, Natural oral feeling and chewing sensation, Natural aesthetics, Allows immediate restoration and one time treatment.
Material properties:
Can be used as permanent dental prosthetic framework, implant and natural tooth cases. They have excellent gingival management and pressure absorption.
Class 1 photo polymers bio compatible resins which are built from additive laser process to delivery surgical guides, and splits which can be fitted as a framework or temporary supports. They are a Class I bio compatible resin (EN-ISO 10993-1:2009/AC:2010, USP Class VI) material. They are used in the dental industry by additive processes, hence allowing for construction of even the most complex prosthesis.
Indications:
They are used to create surgical guides and temporary splints. These material can be sterilized in the autoclave.
Material properties:
Advantages:
Flowable polymer which attached to the surfaces of the implant, natural teeth & high-performance polymers thereby creating a single unit for a more durable, success-oriented, & efficient dental prosthetic solutions. They are flow able, biocompatible polymers which create a chemical or mechanical bond between the two surfaces which may be of titanium, peek high-performance polymers. They themselves provide shock-absorbing capability to reduce the load on the inner structures. They have minimal dissolution in the saliva and are therefore stable for a long period of time.
